This is an oldie from a blog I love . It bears repeating though as it’s something I work with everyday in the online world. It dovetails with a great quote (author unknown) from my quote collection: “If you’re not paying for it you’re not the customer; you’re the product being sold”. Sometimes I just want to scream out:
